We arrived at this hotel to check in at almost 1 am after 10+ hours of driving through some very bad weather. We were completely exhausted and hoping to not have to deal with the same annoyances we had at the previous night's hotel (insanely high fees for everything from parking to wifi). We were very pleasantly surprised. Even at 1 am the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, and we arrived to a very clean and comfortable room. The view was quite enjoyable as well. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious with a couch and door leading to a small balcony, and the bathroom was very clean. After our previous night's experience we were thrilled to find that parking and wifi were free. There was also a swimming pool, sauna, game room and restaurant off the lobby (we did not take advantage of any of these as they were closed by the time we arrived, but they all looked very nice and very clean).

“Everything at the reception was beautiful and you were so accommodating with our requests. The set up was very elegant and even though we didn’t have a very large reception it didn’t feel empty. Using the glass for the bar service made everything more elegant. The food was delicious, nothing was overcooked or dry. It was all fresh and presented well. All my fears with the arrangements being sight unseen were unfounded. Everything turned out wonderfully with a first class set up, food and service.

The hotel accommodations were also great – we were treated royally.

We have stay at the Holiday Inn City Centre every time we stay in Sioux Falls. Our last trip was in November when I returned from Korea and my family came to pick me up. We "crashed" at the HI for the night and had a perfect stay. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi area. Mattresses were great and the pillow selection is awesome. We were checked in and making ourselves at home in ten minutes. Location is great - close enough to walk to Falls Park as well as a number of great restaurants. When you get up, don't walk anywhere except to the breakfast buffet - it is wonderful!“
